Tasting Room Associate / Bartender

Hours: Part-Time, Thursday Evenings 5 PM – 9 PM and/or Sunday Afternoons 1 PM – 6 PM)
Job Description:
20 Deep Winery is looking for a personable and experienced Tasting Room Associate / Bartender to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in our tasting room, pouring wine, and engaging with guests to ensure they have a memorable experience. Wine knowledge is a plus, but not required—we’re more interested in finding someone who embodies our core values of Integrity, Affability, and Ingenuity.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Pour wines, beer and N/A beverages.
- Handle transactions and manage the POS system efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area and tasting room.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of tasting room events.
- Share the 20 Deep story and create an inviting atmosphere for all visitors.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Ability to handle busy periods with grace and efficiency.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Interest in wine and willingness to learn more about our offerings.

Harvest Help

Hours: Seasonal, September 23rd – November 1st. 30 – 40 hours / week.
Job Description:
20 Deep Winery is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Harvest Hands for the 2024 harvest season. As a Harvest Hand, you’ll play a crucial role in the grape harvest, working directly with our winemaking team to bring in the season’s crop. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to experience the winemaking process from vineyard to crush.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in hand-picking grapes in the vineyard.
- Sort and process grapes upon delivery to the winery.
- Operate and clean harvest, crush and wine making equipment under the guidance of the winemaking team.
- Participate in the crushing and pressing process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the harvest period.
- Support other harvest-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; a passion for wine and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
